Refund Policy

Summary: If you're not happy with your OverClean license, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
OverClean is sold as a one-time, $9.99 license. If you request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date, we will refund you in full, no reason required.
2. Who Handles Refunds
Paddle.com Market Limited is our payment processor and merchant of record — Paddle handles billing and processes all refunds on our behalf. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to this policy and our Terms of Service.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, either:
- Contact us through the contact form on our website with your order/transaction ID, or
- Contact Paddle support directly, referencing your order confirmation email
Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within a few business days of approval.
4. What Happens After a Refund
Once a refund is issued, your license key is revoked and deactivated on all devices, in line with Section 3.5 of our Terms of Service. Scanning and the free Dashboard remain available, as they do for any user without a license.
5. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may also have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Because your license key is delivered to you immediately after payment, you acknowledge at checkout that you consent to immediate delivery of digital content, which may affect this statutory withdrawal right. Regardless, our 14-day money-back guarantee in Section 1 applies on top of any statutory rights you may have.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing issue, please request a refund through the channels above before filing a chargeback with your bank — this gets you a faster resolution. As noted in our Terms of Service, a chargeback may result in your license being revoked.
